School Payments and Bookings

As of September 23 all paid club bookings, breakfast club and dinners will be paid for via School Gateway and any bookings will be made via this system too. 
Free after school clubs will need to be be booked onto too, in order to create school registers, receive parents consent and to confirm whether children will be collected after the club or whether you have provided permission for your child to walk home, ensuring safety is at the interest of all attendees.
Parents/Carers you will be able to view child/children's bookings and you can also cancel sessions to, if already paid for a booking a credit will return to your account which can be used for future. 
Please note all cancellations will need to be carried out by 3.45pm the evening before the session is to take place.
If in an emergency and you need to cancel on the day you must contact the school office.

If in the event of emergencies and clubs cannot go ahead any paid sessions will be reversed and a credit will be visible on your account.
